Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cluster Manager role located in Chennai. The role involves managing and developing a cluster of branches to achieve business targets for investment products. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, driving business growth, building long-term relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and strategizing for sustainable revenue generation. Frequent engagement with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards will also be a critical part of this role.
