• Role: Client Portfolio Manager
• Location: Bangalore
• Work Mode: Client Meetings / Site Visits / On-Site
• Experience: 0–3 Years
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Weekend Availability: Mandatory for client site visits
• Freshers: Welcome if passionate about sales & real estate
Your Key Responsibilities
• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs
• Manage the complete client journey from inquiry to closure
• Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer engagement
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to business growth
• Deliver a premium and consultative buying experience to clients
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident personality
✔ Passion for real estate, sales, and customer interaction
✔ Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings
✔ Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
✔ Two-wheeler / personal vehicle preferred
