Position title: Regional Manager-Kolkata Location: KolkataDepartment: ETF - SalesGrade: Chief Manager-KolkataOrganizational relationships Reports to: National Lead • ETF Sales Institutions and HNIsPurpose of the Job:To drive and manage business across all key verticals including Sales & Distribution, KCG (Key Client Group), and EPCG segments, while supporting local sales teams in strengthening and expanding the Passive (ETF & Index Funds) business. The role focuses on building scale, gaining market share, improving market penetration, and enhancing client engagement across channels. Key Responsibilities:Drive overall business growth across Sales & Distribution, KCG, and EPCG verticalsPartner with regional/local sales teams to promote and increase Passive product penetrationBuild and manage relationships with key institutional clients, distributors, and channel partnersDevelop and execute strategies for ETF and Passive product growth across segmentsWork closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, investments) to align business objectivesSupport local teams through product training, client meetings, and joint sales initiativesIdentify new business opportunities and expand client base in Passive productsMonitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine business strategiesEnsure achievement of KPI targets for Passive businessDrive awareness and adoption of ETFs and index products across client segments Behavioral Competencies: Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh ownership and accountabilityCollaborative mindset with ability to work across teamsStrategic thinking with execution focusExcellent communication and presentation skillsResults-driven and goal-oriented approach Role Specific Competencies:Deep understanding of Passive products (ETFs, Index Funds)Strong knowledge of institutional and distribution landscape Experience in handling KCG / EPCG / large client relationshipsBusiness development and revenue generation skillsAbility to influence and enable field sales teamsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:MBA / Post Graduate in Finance, Marketing, or related field10–12 years of experience in Asset Management / Financial ServicesProven experience in Sales, Distribution, Institutional business or ETF/Passive productsPrior experience in handling MFD/KCG/Family Office business verticals and working with regional teams preferred.
