Eligibility: CA Inter qualified (both groups cleared) and pursuing CA Final.
This role is open only to students who have yet to start or are in the middle of articleship.
Candidates who have already qualified as Chartered Accountants are not eligible.

The TCG Analyst Accelerator Program is a 2-year articleship for CA Inter qualified students who want front-office exposure to investment banking, capital markets, and strategic finance.
It is built around live transaction execution, not backend compliance or routine accounting work.

How you will grow
0–6 months: Foundation and transaction immersion6–12 months: Controlled transaction ownership12–18 months: Multi-transaction leadership18–24 months: Senior analyst and mentoring roleStructured training runs through four stages: research foundations, financial modelling and valuation, deal structuring (term sheets, SHA, SSA/SPA), and the investor’s perspective.
You get weekly 1:1 reviews with a Manager or Partner, plus weekly sessions with an assigned mentor.
