Key Responsibilities: 1.
Capital Access, Lender Relationships, and Leverage Growth
• Build and deepen relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, family offices, NCD investors, private credit investors, co-lending partners, and other debt capital providers.
• Create and execute a 180-day lender access plan designed to double leverage capacity while preserving prudent ALM, capital adequacy, covenant discipline, and regulatory compliance.
