Position Overview: Boeing India Defense team is currently looking for Associate FP&A Analyst to join their team in New Delhi India. Responsible for building and establishing FP&A function for Boeing India Defense Private Limited. Includes owning and executing entity performance assessment at monthly intervals/ at ad-hoc intervals as required by the entity leadership. Also include creating and owning entity Financials, forecast, variance analysis, updating and maintaining planning systems, establishing mechanism of cost control and review thereof including but not limited to operating expenses. The candidate should have experience of working in a changing and growing business environment. This position is also expected to support business partnering, analytics and actionable insights. The incumbent will work as FP&A expert to create and improve reporting demands for the Finance function. Position Responsibilities: Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparation of Yearly budget, Mid-year and Monthly forecasts for all PL line items of the entityResponsible for monthly MIS and analysis of monthly results in comparison with Budget/ forecastReview of all revenue and expense line items and analyzing the impact on cash forecast to optimize working capital managementWork with accounting to ensure accuracy in reportingWork closely with cross functional teams in India and US for revenue maximization including but not limited to pricing and estimates review for various customer submissions, PL management, cost controls etc. Lead the activity of long-range business plan build up working with various sub-functions line business development, programs and business financeDevelop, review and manage Rates for the entity and ensure control over the entity P&L for the year and LRBP periodDevelop and control the entity CAPEXProvides necessary support and accurate information to program, India leadership team at planned/ ad-hoc requirementsDevelop and continuously improve reporting dashboardsActs as back up to other team members as needed. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): A Bachelor’s degree is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATIONExperience of working in an ERP environment like SAP, BI toolsStrong presentation and communication skillsAdvanced computing skills (MS Office Suite of Software, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). Multi-tasking and ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlinesBusiness acumen and a continuous development mindset is necessaryFlexible team player who is comfortable working in a multicultural environment Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is preferredUnderstanding or previous experience in contractual accounting will be an added advantageProficiency in financial analytics, working knowledge of Macros & VBA, MS Access, Power BI and Tableau desirable Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 4 years related work experience) Re location: This position does offer re location within INDIA based on eligibility.
