Job description

You will be responsible for the following key tasks in the role: **Role Overview:** Corporate and Investment Banking provides a diverse range of commercial banking products and services to corporate customers. Your role involves preparing and submitting Credit Memos, completing documentation formalities, assisting Relationship Managers in onboarding and KYC reviews, following up on overdue accounts, and providing client servicing. Additionally, you will manage the existing portfolio of clients, cross-sell banking products, and monitor the portfolio for early warning signs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare accurate credit proposals consistently and concisely • Maintain a close working relationship with the Business Unit to meet deliverables • Conduct need-based meetings with customers to understand business risks • Cross-sell other banking products such as trade, cash, and foreign exchange • Monitor the portfolio for irregularities, excesses, breaches, and delays • Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance enforcement • Assist in recoveries, minimize bad debts, and support audits • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and complaints • Control portfolio quality and adhere to risk management guidelines • Communicate key messages to customers including service standards and new product changes **Qualifications Required:** - Overall 7+ years of experience in Credit Approval Memo (CAM) writing • Sales experience in cash management/trade finance preferred • Knowledge of competitors and market trends • MBA or CA qualification with relevant experience in Corporate Banking **Additional Company Details:** The company emphasizes the importance of good communication skills, analytical abilities, self-driven attitude, results orientation, relationship building skills, understanding of competitor products, and comfort with tight deadlines.
