Job Description
Lead end-to-end valuation engagements involving illiquid investments and equity valuation portfolios.
Review valuation analyses and evaluate third-party valuation reports.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of valuation projects.
Mentor and guide valuation professionals within the team.
Manage project workflows, resource utilization, and stakeholder communication.
Act as the primary point of contact for global teams and project stakeholders.
Support recruitment, performance management, training, and team development initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement and team-level strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education
CA / CFA / MBA (Finance & Investment Management)
Experience
5-8 years of experience in portfolio valuations, investment valuations, or business valuation roles.
Strong understanding of equity valuation methodologies and valuation review processes.
Prior experience managing teams and client/stakeholder interactions preferred.
