Job description

Job Title: Assistant Fund Manager (full-time, in-office job) Job Description: As an Assistant Fund Manager at Dhanvesttor, you will be required to assist the fund management team in providing powerful insight into different market conditions, searching for appropriate and new stocks, and then making effective portfolios to manage client funds. You should possess strong financial analytical skills and a strategic financial mindset with real-world perspectives driven by an understanding of client issues and broader marketplace drivers. Responsibilities Analyse financial data in order to build effective research reports and financial models. Assist our Fund Management team in exploring investment opportunities for Dhanvesttor's clients. Designing tailor-made portfolios for clients. Assist our Fund Management team in making informed decisions when building and managing client portfolios. Close Monitoring of the performance of the investments. Prepare accounting statements, other related reports and projections based on performance. Build financial models. Ensure adherence to Financial / PMS rules and regulations. Assist the Relationship Manager in client meetings and discussions, as and when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Accounting or FinanceChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Chartered Accountant (CA)At least 5 years of overall Stock Market work experience with at least 2 years of experience as an Investment Advisor, Assistant Fund Manager, Fund Manager, or Portfolio ManagerAbility to prepare various financial reports and presentationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products (particularly Excel)In-depth know-how of world & national news, pressing issues and performancesAbility to understand and predict stock market performance Critical Skills and Attributes:Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise even when multitasking. Excellent communication and listening skills (both verbal and written). Strong sense of decision-making (driven by wisdom and rationale and not by emotions and feelings). Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. Time management skills. Effective accountability and responsibility towards the finance team of Dhanvesttor. Profound honesty and integrity.
