Job DescriptionAsset Management Lead, Manufacturing and Production, Pune
Monitor and optimize operational performance of renewable energy assets.
Analyze plant performance, availability, capacity utilization, and generation efficiency.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve output and asset reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize asset value and returns.
Monitor asset profitability, budgets, operating costs, and financial performance.
Develop business cases for asset improvements and investment decisions.
Analyze revenue performance, energy generation trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term asset planning.
