The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services.
In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation.
You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Tax Services
• Partnership Tax team you engage in preparing tax returns, Schedule K-1's, and basic/moderate tax workpapers.
As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.
You are expected to validate data for accuracy, keep up-to-date with tax technical developments, and actively participate in engagement trainings and calls.
Responsibilities
• Prepare tax returns and Schedule K-1's with accuracy and attention to detail
• Develop and maintain basic to moderate tax workpapers
• Validate data to confirm precision and correctness
• Stay informed on the latest tax technical developments
• Actively engage in training sessions and team calls
• Contribute to client engagement and project tasks
• Adapt to extended working hours as needed by business demands
• Support senior staff in delivering quality tax services What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1.5 -3 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and finance
• Preparing Tax returns, Schedule K-1's, Supplemental forms and basic/moderate tax workpapers
• Prepare/Review of RIC tax compliance and Provisions
• Basic understanding of relevant tax/accounting concepts
• Validate data and analyze for accuracy and relevance
• Keep up-to-date with tax technical/technology developments
• Self reviewing work to check for accuracy of deliverables
• Explore and use available tools in the Digital lab to drive efficiency
• Actively participate in engagement Trainings and Calls (Kick off, Status, Wrap up) What Sets You Apart
