Asset Intern

Job Title: Asset Management Intern Company: Alaris Aerospace Systems India Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi Duration: 12-Month Internship Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 5 days/week Job Summary The Asset Management Intern will support the Asset Management team in tracking, monitoring, and maintaining company assets. This role involves assisting with asset documentation, inventory updates, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant asset records. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating the asset tracking system and databases. Support monitoring of asset movement and inventory records. Help prepare asset reports and maintain documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for asset al location and return. Verify asset details including part numbers, serial numbers, and location records. Assist in asset audits and physical verification activities. Maintain documentation for asset transfers, disposals, and repairs. Eligibility & Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in AME, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation, or a related field. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work accurately with documentation and databases. Interest in asset management, logistics, or aviation maintenance.
