Opportunity to work with a leading Domestic Private Credit FundOpportunity to work with seasoned investment professionals About Our Client The fund focuses on higher-yield, sector-agnostic, structured credit and mezzanine financing for mid-market Indian corporations Job Description Deal Execution: Support the team in creating IC decks and memos on new deals and portfolio companiesCompany/sector research: As part of the deal evaluation process, compile and analyze relevant data on the sector, company, competitors etc. from databases, annual reports, expert conversations, discussions with research analysts etc. Should have ability to synthesis key messages from research and conversations, and share with the deal teamPost deal involvement: Support the operations team on key portfolio and ESG initiatives • esp. analysis of MISSupport Asset Monitoring team: Support in other firm wide initiatives The Successful Applicant We're looking for someone who has: Graduated from top tier institutes (SRCC, IIT, BITS, Xavier) or CA with AIR.6-12 months of experience in private equity, investment banking (both front end and mid office profiles work) and/or consulting.
