Analyst Credit Risk Quality Review

As an Analyst in the Credit Risk Quality Review Team at FC Global Services India LLP, your main responsibility will be to undertake sample-based quality reviews of the assigned portfolio. You will measure and report on the accuracy of Critical Data Elements, PD (if applicable), and exceptions. Additionally, your focus will be on underwriting/approval quality to identify potential process improvements and assist with training opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct sample-based reviews of underwriting/approval quality to identify process improvements and training needs • Review Critical Data elements, exceptions, and PD Scorecard Accuracy • Formalize sample review outcomes and findings in a structured manner • Work with system owners, data stewards, and operations to ensure accuracy of Critical Data Items • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the quality of reviews • Assist in developing procedures, risk assessment, and controls for effective QA/QC coverage • Ensure all operational activities are well documented in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications Required: - Post Graduation in Management or Commerce / MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / ACCA - 1-5 years of banking experience in credit risk management / Audit Function • Exposure to US accounting, GAAP, and IFRS - Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with various stakeholders • Ability to be flexible with shift timings (2 pm • 11 pm IST shift timing applicable) At FC Global Services India LLP, a part of First Citizens BancShares, Inc., we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible hiring process.
