Position PurposeTo support senior bankers in origination and execute of Investment Banking Transactions; assist relationship senior coverage bankers in managing client relationships; liaisoning with internal teams for client onboarding, KYC, credit, risk analysis, documentation; working on internal reporting and strategy ResponsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesAssist Senior Coverage Bankers on Client Management activities starting from ideation, pitching, deal origination, internal business & credit approvals, documentation, execution & booking of deals. Client marketing support includes detailed pitches, term‐sheets, industry trends, client mining & opportunity identification.
