Role Overview: You will be responsible for project financing activities, working capital lines, financial planning & analysis, and other corporate finance activities.
Your role will involve the timely preparation of various reports, excellent financial modeling skills, loan funding of projects, managing due diligence activities, negotiating agreements related to loan financing, HQ/investor reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing the entire process of loan financing for projects
• Handling due diligence work for lenders
• Negotiating various legal agreements related to loan funding
• Managing reporting and budgeting processes internally
• Creating financial models from scratch for project opportunities and loan funding
• Developing MIS formats and analysis reports for management and business functions
• Supporting the internal team with financial analysis and planning requirements Qualifications Required: - MBA with a specialization in Finance or CA candidate with relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in closing project financing and working capital from bankers
• Proficiency in complex financial modeling
• Strong presentation and analytical skills
• Good networking with banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies, etc.
